First Ever Photography Evening in the Gardens

On June 23rd Jeff Anderson was kind enough to put together a awesome event at Anderson Japanese Gardens and Waterfalls. It was a good way to get some of the photos I've always wished I could get that required a tripod to capture them. I won't bore you with anymore babbling. I'll let the photos speak for me.

Prior to this event I visited the gardens on Fathers Day. My wife and I took my parents who had never been before. I took some shots using the rocks in the surrounding areas as my tripod. The shot below I entered in their photography contest for June and took first place thanks to the voting of family ,friends and the facebook community .
